SEE " AMALGAM ILLNESS " PAGE 196 FOR A LIST OF HIGH SULFUR FOODS.

THERE IS A PARTIAL LIST LINKED TO IN THE ANDY INDEX.

Anyone wanting to chelate on Andy's protocol NEEDS " Amalgam Illness "

to refer to anyway.

Yes I agree , the list in the note I posted was not relavent. I

am sorry it caused confusion. I was trying to make the thiol agruement

vs the sulfur content of food.
