Amalgam Illness has a good list of both sulfury and non-sulfury foods.

You can also go to onibasu.com and search the autism-mercury archives

for " andrewhallcutler sulfur foods " or some variant of that and you

will find a couple of other lists.

Of the things posted previously in this thread, I think green beans

are sulfury, as are dandelion and spinach.

TK--- do not use this list linked to the message, it is not accurate.

Use AI for reference for sulfer foods and add beans [kidney, pinto

etc] and peas to it
