Guest guest
> > Andy - I found a timed release ALA called Ageless Beauty Rx. Do you know anything about it or recommend it for night time usage at least? TK--- do not use time release ALA - this has been discussed many times so if you need more input please search the archives. I'm having blood sugar issues and would like to start at least chelating with that. TK--- do not, use regular ALA My life has been such this past 2 years or so I haven't even thought about chelating, but did a fast track (fat flush) detox which is very gentle and am motivated to get going on that again. I learned how to grow wheat grass, too, and intend to start using it. (Slowly).
