I'm sure this is already answered somewhere but I couldn't find it just now.

What are the symptoms to look for for taking too much cortisol?

Currently on 15-5-5 (going to try skipping the mid day dose per Val - thank

you!)

Temps were unstable on anything lower before but perhaps my needs have changed.
