Guest guest
Crap - I have no choice but to chelate do I? The fat flush diet I was just on (and lost 10 lbs. on after having been on prednisone and then neurontin due to a car wreck/whiplash/3 herniated cervical discs) was high on sulfur foods cause they help the liver detox. I seem to do fine on them. And am perimenopausal and sweat a LOT. Wonder how normal that is? Of course I'm in the Atlanta area where it has been hot and lately very humid - but I still sweat a lot. Is this not healthy to support the liver? I remember Andy talking about how some do well with sulfur foods and some don't depending on how the live metabolizes (and I was also and have been using liver cleansing or building herbs - lots of artichokes and some cleansing herbs good " 4 my type " through D'Adamo's website) but its a distant memory. Is it true for everyone that sulfur isn't good and stirs up the mercury?? You stir mercury up no matter what? Thanks TK and the other one who responded concerning the time released ALA. I really wish that would work! Does anyone know if this brand has been checked out? (Ageless Beauty rx) [frequent-dose- chelation] Re: antioxidants and supplements > during chelation > > > > > For finacial reason i do not want take too many supplements, but > > > don't want to hurt myself taking too little.
