I see what you mean Colette, its pretty confusing,. I guess a lot of it

with the food like many of the treatments is trial and error and

individual reactions to the foods.

The list you sent for instance says eggs are low in sulphur but

everything else I have read says eggs are the worst. In my case I

stopped eggs and think I feel better physically but am worse in the head

so I don't know what is going on

yes I think that list on that note was sulfur content rather than the

thiol thingy that is so bothersome. I can't do eggs either - and I

love them. I did not know that green beans where sulfury...I

seem to do fine with them.

Post what you learn on your journey, I would be interested in

understanding better.
