Guest guest
I see what you mean Colette, its pretty confusing,. I guess a lot of it with the food like many of the treatments is trial and error and individual reactions to the foods. The list you sent for instance says eggs are low in sulphur but everything else I have read says eggs are the worst. In my case I stopped eggs and think I feel better physically but am worse in the head so I don't know what is going on Cheers > > Here is Andy's post. Guest guest
---Kendra, yes I think that list on that note was sulfur content rather than the thiol thingy that is so bothersome. I can't do eggs either - and I love them. I did not know that green beans where sulfury...I seem to do fine with them. Post what you learn on your journey, I would be interested in understanding better. Colette
