Sure have enjoyed those small sweet potatoes, but the shakes and crashes have not been fun. Not worth it. On another list some are doing Stillman's during the week and Atkins on the week-end. Any ideas? B - FlaxOMeal 1/4 c. mixed berries S - 1 hard-cooked egg L - chopped clams salad 1/2 small sweet potato S - raw cauliflower D - turkey spinach faux mashed potatoes stewed veggies (eggplant, tomatoes, green peppers) will have 1/2 apple in an hour or so Joanne Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
