That partly depends on what individual problems you have. If you have

liver problems, for example, you would want to take some supplements

to support your liver, at least some of the time.

It's important to take some zinc. I buy zinc citrate at Walmart.

Probably you will need more magnesium than that. You can buy

pharmaceutical grade epsom salts and add it to food or put it in

capsules. I buy magnesium citrate in bulk and fill my own capsules.

2-12 g. You can buy ascorbic acid powder, sprinkle it on food, put it

in drinks, use it to fill capsules. If the acid form isn't agreeing

with you you can neutralize it with baking soda.
