Anabel had her Star Scan Today and I have questions?

Hello everyone - I apologize as I have been on the sidelines of this group, mainly because I have no experience to respond about to other inquiries. The neurosurgeon had x-rays taken and they showed that her sutures hadn't prematurely fused. So that's good news. He also gave me a referral to have Anabel evaluated for getting a band. I took her today and the Star Scan is great!!! She had no idea that something diagnostic was going on. Attached is the print out that they gave me. They said she is at 12.5 which is moderate. I understand that the # has something to do with the symmetry, but when I look at the charts on the attached Cigna Health Insurance info that I have....well I can't make much sense of it. Can anyone help me here. I attached a picture (taken with my cell phone) of her at the Dr this am. I told them to go ahead anyways and we would figure out the insurance part as we go because I think that she will benefit from being banded. Any thoughts/comments would be greatly appreciated.
