Hello, I think this is what I would be have been diagnosed with.. I had a big improvement in my digestion with FDC but my irritable bowel and bladder/ kidney problems remained. My gut ecoli was quite a problem and I got recurring bladder infections. I had chronic irritable bowel -- incapacitating. Since adding supplemental Vit K my bowels feel a huge amount improved.. I am upset because I had tried so many things. I have also discovered that I probably cannot tolerate gluten which I could not tell before with an elimination diet as no matter what I did my bowel was awful.. I ate only vegis, fat and proteins for the last 6 weeks and added in spelt yesterday , to wake up feeling crappy with a headache , etc this morning ... Or else it could be parasites . I am interested what parasite cleanse you tried ?? Vitamin K is needed to improve the good bacteria in the bowel.. > > > > > > >
