Guest guest
Sunshine, I am glad you hear your positive experience with Humaworm. I ordered some last week and am still waiting for it to arrive! If I get good results, we are doing the family and pets. I am wondering how often I am going to find myself running to the bathroom. Did you have diarrhea with it at all? I am wondering if I should take it now, while I am working part-time, or if I should wait until Dec. when I am taking the month off. Thanks! -Olif

I was working when I did the whole months cleanse. All my die-off symptoms and healing crisis was relatively minor stuff (compared with my normal troubles) just like having a minor cold or flu, so continuing working was uncomfortable but manageable. Only thing was I did get a bit blocked up. I had a BIG die off and my body could not expel the dead stuff quick enough. An Enema was not strong enough. When I did do a colonic, things had been building-up for 3 days and a lot of gunk came out. I was rather tired after that… and I did need 2 days off work because I was tired and drained ;-) If u get clogged up, unblock yourself asap. I must say I don't think parasite cleanses is part of Andy's protocol, so u need to make your own mind up if u want to do it. But saying that, it worked well for me. Well done for doing the whole family, I could not persuade my wife, nor my cats, but maybe on my next one they will also join me. Guest guest
Hi Olif If humaworm is anything like Hulda s parasite cleanse you should do fine. Often there is an initial die off so it's best to go slow for the first few days. Then there is a maintaining of the treatment for about a month so that you catch the hatching egg cycle after two weeks. Apparently the eggs of some parasitic worms are particularly resistant to medicine etc. until they hatch. You may find some discomfort initially and some runs after a few weeks. I would also recommend bentonite clay supplements to help bind to the toxins/metals that may be released by the dying critters. I'm finding clay supplements very helpful in my ALA regime. Good Luck Willem Olif wrote: > Sunshine, I am glad you hear your positive experience with Humaworm. I ordered some last week and am still waiting for it to arrive! Guest guest
Why is it important to do a parasite cleanse before a colon cleanse? Which products do you reccommend? I am trying to help my mother with her IBS also. Thanks! Nahla > > I am wondering how often I am going to find myself running to the > bathroom. Did you have diarrhea with it at all? I would say it is important that your bowels are regularly moving IF you do a parasite cleanse. When u do a parasite cleanse, you are trying to kill the bad guys inside you, the parasites, bacteria & fungus. When these bad guys are killed, they die, detach themselves from wherever they where hanging on, then they must come out through the bowels. So when you start a parasite cleanse it is important that your bowels are working/moving regularly, so that the dead bodies, bacterial, fungus can be removed and not cause a blockage. You don't really want all that gunk sitting inside you somewhere for a week, its bound to cause trouble. After the parasite cleanse is finished, you will hopefully have killed a load of the bad guys. These dead can get caught in your bowels, in pockets, bends and little nooks and crannies. A bowel cleanse will cleanse everything out, stop any re-absorption and stop any infection happening. Your bowels need to be moving for the duration of the cleanse, any slowing up, blockages need to be un-blocked asap for the same reasons. I am not an expert, but I think regular/normal BM are cinsidered to be 2-3 per day. When I did my cleanse I was a once per day man. If you go less than once per day I would try and make BM's more regular. After the my cleanse i am now 3 BM's per day. As far as i am concerned that is excellent. In the Humaworm formula, it does include herbs to keep things moving along. The website tells u all about it. www.humaworm.com Sunshine
