Hi Olif,

You might try D-5 Mucuna but if you take it you should also take

something called CystReplete. It really helped me for a while.

Hope this helps,

Alessa

increasing dopamine w/o tyrosine

I need to increase my dopamine levels, but I can't use tyrosine or

phenylalanine, because I have to be careful of hyperthyroidism.

On p. 136 of AI, Andy says GABA and taurine can increase dopamine. I am

already taking taurine. Many months ago, I had some neurotransmitters

tested, and my GABA was within range (serotonin and dopamine were low).

Is it okay to take GABA to try raising dopamine if my GABA is already

within normal range?

Thanks,

Olif
