I have reduced my dose by a quarter, and will stabilise there until I have chelated more and am in a better state to wean off. I have started taking melatonin to deal with the withdrawal insomnia, and this seems to be working. I hope it's not a question of out of the frying pan, into the fire. Some of the withdrawal forums are pretty harrowing, and the symptoms easily mimic mercury toxicity, although I know very clearly what made me sick in the first place. I am just left to contemplate that ALL my illnesses have been caused by dentists and doctors. It is shocking....
