Can't find th einfo now but I read in a study that selenium is not only

needed for conversion of T4 to T3 but it is also needed in conversion of

T4 to RT3. Thus when takign T3 onyl selenium is not what we want though

once RT3 is cleared and you are trying ot go bakc on natural thyroid

(those that choose to) sselenium migh tbe a good supplemnent then.
