Guest guest
Because the SYnthroid was not being accepterd in her body as a proper thyroid hormone. Thsu it did nto do the correct conversions. I have often suspected this might be happenign in some of us with Synthroid as I never felt well on ti so I knwo I never converted it properly, and I USED to convert well on old Armour, but that was before my Diabetes. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
But isn't Synthroid chemically identical to the t4 our bodies make just like cnyomel is chemically identical to the t3 our bodies make? Because if what you are saying is true, it seems that some people may not feel right on cynomel, either, if their body does not recognize it as a proper thyroid hormone. Which is depressing... :-(( Kathleen > > Because the SYnthroid was not being accepterd in her body as a proper > thyroid hormone. Thsu it did nto do the correct conversions. Guest guest
Val, How does diabetes disrupt conversion? Is that typical for all diabetics? Thanks, Liz R. Because the SYnthroid was not being accepterd in her body as a proper thyroid hormone. Thsu it did nto do the correct conversions. Guest guest
SYnthroid is about as bioidentical as sand is. It ios attached to a sodium molecule which is how they can patent it and make money on ti. Maybe some of our body's are nto willign ot cleave the sodium from ti,. or only cleave so much and the rest is disgarded. I cannto for the life of me understand why or HOW it takes T4 6 weeks ot show up in a blood test when we take it,. or why 70% of it si lost to digestion when takign wiht food an T3 onyl loses 3%. Where si that T4 when it si building as we have taken it but it is not in the labs yet? It si these questions I have sought to answer for many years and I have not got good answers YET! -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
From the studies I found,. ANY high glucose causes conversion to RT3 so if my contol slips for 3 hours one day, and this si a LIKELY event when diabetic, those hours I would favor conversion to RT3,. YES this si true for all Diabetics. Now if they can keep their glucose under 140 at ALL times even after meals. they may be fine, but otherwise if I interpreted the studies correctly, I believe all Diabetics would benefit from T3. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
So if she is Not having the Rt3 issue on Armour anymore like she was on synthroid, she most likely will be ok on Armour and not need just T3 in the future?VeniziaSubject: Re: confused why Rt3 went away with ArmourTo: RT3_T3 Date: Sunday, May 2, 2010, 5:29 PM Because the SYnthroid was not being accepterd in her body as a proper thyroid hormone. Guest guest
If it is OK now and unless somethign in her system changes to prevent correct conversions, she should be fine. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
