I think Cheri wrote she even took 20 with no problem, so HC dosing is very INDIVIDUAL. Just like Armour dosing. You just have to play with doses, rhythms, times, etc. What works for one may not work for another. Also, you and Cheri are stage 7, and DH are 5 and 4. I think you can run into problems if you take " blanket recommendations " for HC or Armour, because everyone is so individual. I mean, some people really do fine on Synthroid! It worked for me till I wrenched my back, developed sciatica and was in constant pain, and put on a prednisone pack. The synthroid no longer worked after that, like something got broken (adrenals?).
