Guest guest Posted January 21, 2008 Report Share Posted January 21, 2008 Cortisol is better for stage 7 than adrenal rebuilder because you don't know how much you are getting with the rebuilder. I think that much DHEA is too much since the ratio of DHEA to cortisol is very important and you look like you are on too little cortisol (from the glandulars) and too much DHEA. Starting out at 5 mg and working up as you increase cortisol is a better route in my opinion. I also think you should wait to get your cortisol up before starting Armour since your symptoms show very poor adrenal function as do your test results. Armour can be added once adrenals are stable when you track your daily temps. Your gut issues are very common with adrenal fatigue. Check out the metabolic matrix on www.drrind.com.
