Is there hope for my daughter to speak

My daughter is 5 yrs old. She's non verbal. She's using pecs. She can do a lot

of things by herself. She very independent. She does not speak. She sometimes

goes to sleep at 3am. She screams and throws lots of tantrums. A few people

gave to me there is no hope if a child does not speak at the age of 4. Can

someone please respond with your story . Thank you .
