Dear Friend:I raised my special needs kids in NJ and had a great experience there (for the most part).Check out the East Brunswick, NJ school system they are the best!!! Especially WarnsdorferElementary. I used to live in NY but I have no knowledge of the school system now it hasbeen too many years since I went to school. Good luck! Sandy
