State Representative Town Hall Meeting - Children with Special Needs

Date

Monday, January 7th

Time

5:30 p.m.

Location

Sunrise Senior Center

10650 W. Oakland Park Blvd. Sunrise, FL 33351

Please join State Representative (District 98) at a first-of-its-kind Town Hall Meeting to help address issues faced by families with special needs children. In particular, Rep. hopes to hear from families who have applied for Medicaid benefits, but have been discouraged by the burdensome appeals process.

It also presents an outstanding opportunity to meet Rep. , who represents parts of Davie, Plantation and Sunrise. Elected in November, she serves on the Health and Human Services, Ethics and Elections, Agriculture and Natural Resources Appropriations, and Agriculture and Natural Resources Committees.
