Need some assurance that this is going to work.

Slater has been wearing his DOC Band for 3 weeks now and I havent

seen much change.

After the first week we took him in and she shaved off some of it in

an area that clearly had TONS of room to grow. It was the side that

the flat part of his head is on. I felt like she shaved some of it

down, even though she didnt need to, just to kind of make it so

he'll need a second one.

2 weeks later he still has not grown anywhere close to the spot she

shaved. She said he will only be in this band for 2-3 months. We

paid cash for this one, and I told her, he will not be getting

another one, we simply cannot afford it.

I feel like he could go longer than 2 weeks between each

appointment, b/c I havent seen hardly any change at all. My son is

almost 7 months old. Anyone else ever feel this way? I just want to

cry because I feel like we paid 3,000 for something that isnt even

going to fix his poor little head.

Anyone have only ONE band or helmut with any where close to these

numbers: Cranial Vault Asymmetry: 18mm, Midface: 12mm.
