Thank you VERY much Nick. I appreciate your dedication and help. Sorry to make

more mail for you. :-) I agree. I don't like these heart palps, and don't like

the synthetic. Would prefer to stay on natural with a just a BIT of T3 added

until we can get my ferritin up. Then if, after a while with higher ferritin I

am still having trouble, we can try T3 only. Will ask about the 15 mcg dose of

Cortef on the adrenals group as you suggested.
