Maybe your RT3 has finally cleared and shifted your resistance!!

Try dropping T3 by 10 or so and see how you feel and you may be able

to lower the HC as well

But how can I know if I am taking too much or too little HC? And if I lower the HC dose, maybe I won't tolerate the T3 (in ERFA Thyroid) as I did on higher HC doses?I do have energy, mostly in the mornings, but I also feel "heavy" in my head. This might be HYPOthyroid or HIGH cortisol, for all I know. It's so hard to tell! I'll do an FT3 (and rT3!) on Thursday! What about the sea salt? I have been drinking less and less of this. But there is one thing I don't get: I did 1+ tea spoon daily for 8 months. Then quit it. Now I've been on maybe 1/4 spoon daily (which is not much) - And I feel worse in my head. Maybe I really do need more salt? I did step down on the salt dose when I saw that my aldosterone was "normal". It was in the middle of the range. So... How can aldosterone change like that? 1+ year ago, it was near the

bottom low range. Now it's higher. Why?It's the confusion that's horrible - The feeling of not knowing what to do with HC, sea salt etc.

Back to the basis scientific principals, try altering it while

changing one thing at a time and see how you feel

When you swapped some T3 for natural did you do this as a 2 stage

process, drop some T3 immediatly and more in a week's time????

>I do have energy, mostly in the mornings,

This is where dose timing can help, how are you timing the HC and

Erfa/T3??

You drop the HC a little and see how you feel, IF you have cleared RT3

from the receptors you may well need less HC now to be able to utilise

the same amount of thyroid.

You try more and see how you feel, if it helps then you were not on

enough.

You really do have to alter one thing at a time and try changes to

find what works, the exception being sometimes you need to alter HC

and Thyroid together

I can tell you that when I tried t3 without taking HC I became very hot all the

time. Maybe you are not on enough HC?

Hope this helps...
