Guest guest
I had my fillings removed 14 months ago because of chronic depression and ADD like symptoms. I felt much better initially and thought i would improve even more with a detox program. Unfortunately i found some articles of Dr. Klinghardt and decided to follow his detox I took cilantro and chlorella for 1 week, didn't feel good or bad and stopped because i ran out of chlorella. Then i found NDF. I did this for 2-3 weeks and stopped because it made me feel crazy after a while. When i went off the NDF i was in complete denial to what had happened. I thought it was normal to feel weird after detox and this would go away after a while. A few days later i realised that i wasn't able to do my university work anymore. I felt paralysed mentally: Very absent minded, disconnected from the world, dizzy and a bit crazy. Still naive about my condition i hoped that things would get better after a while. Instead of getting better i got panic attacks, severe insomnia, balance problems, legs feeling unstable. 10 months later i started with andy program. I have done 5 rounds of ALA so far. I feel a little bit better after a round but the improvement is not dramatic. I am functioning better mentally but i my mind is still a complete mess and much worse than before the cilantro. After 12 horrible months i am very negative and pessimistic. I often believe i will never be able undo the damage the cilantro has caused. I was wondering if there are people on this board who went through the same thing (messed themselves up with cilantro, ala randomly) and got rid of their symptoms with chelation. It would be nice if you could share your experience with us. I feel like i am improving but i badly need some motivation at the moment. Thanks.
