Things like chlorella, NAC, MSM have a single sulfhydryl group

(thiol) in their molecular structure. This can mobilize mercury

without removing it from the body, thus causing damage.

The iodine products, such as Lugol's, Iodoral, or others do not have

this property. They are fine to use for thyroid support.
