This was my Ferritin after breakthrough: 121.7 ng/ml (12-200)

And these are the sex hormones results (day 21 of cycle):

testosterone: 0.04 ng/ml (0.3-7)

free testosterone: 0.86 pg/ml (range less than 2.6)

progesterone: 20.49 pg/ml (3.28-38)

estradiol 222.7 pg/ml (31-247)

DHEA-S 1.43 (0.75-4.1)

I am supplementing with 15 DHEA (not taken the morning of the test)

I now I need testosterone, I will ask my doctor next time I go (in a few days).

Thanks a lot,

I apologize for insisting, but I am pretty lost...

My temps went up more than one month ago, and, according to labs, other issues

like ferritin, electrolites (I am supplementing because they were a bit low) and

sex hormones should be quite O.K. (I am low on testosterone, though).

However I still have what I think are hypo symptoms (particularly depression,

OCD, dry eyes and blurry vision). Also I get palps sometimes I have no idea why.

Some days ago, Valery suggested to start lowering cortisol, because temps were

still not high enough. I lowered it and temps rose a little. Could this be the

missing ingredient... that my cortisol is too high now after clearance. Could

this be causing me to still experience some hypo symptoms and the palps?

Should I gradually continue lowering cortisol and see what happens?

Thanks,

For dry eyes you could try flax seed oil or a good Omega fatty acid supplement

that has Omega 3 and 6's in it. It is a good idea to take these in any event.

It worked for me.

I get OCDish and dry eyes when my estrogen is not where it should be..palps can

also be a symptom of low E. Are you sure that sex hormones are indeed where

they should be?

My knowledge on the topic is very limited but I think so (I have posted my

recent labs in this tread, a few messages above).

I have OCD since childhood basically, so I am not expecting it to resolve

completely really (though it would be wonderful), but I just don't understand

why I feel so down and why my sight is so poor when these were problems which

improved at first with Armour (when I was rising, I guess when I first got

direct T3 into my body). I suspect something is not quite right with my dose of

T3 or HC, but again I am lost...

Thanks a lot for your input, though,

Thanks for the suggestion. I will surely try... I was taking large amounts of

flax seed oil and fish oil some 2 years ago, actually to try to improve

depression and OCD. I think it improved them a little, but I can't remember how

my eyes felt back then... although I have been having generally dry eyes for

years now. In any case it is worth a try!

Thanks again,
