Guest guest
Who recommended this supplement? I have heard of it and wanted totry it with my son.Jodi Neuhof My son has been taking Pycnogenol (100 mg three times daily) since he was about 4 years old. He's now 9 and still takes it. It's helped tremendously with focus and attention and impulsivity. I'm not a physician so I cannot recommend dosage so check with your doc. But it's generally well tolerated. Hope this helps.
