Guest guest
Just wanted to add that for me, personally, being the human vibrator has not corresponded with my thyroid doses..... ~Inga > IMR>>>>>>>CHelate, kiddo....chelate. > > I seem to have more problems with my adreanls now, or at least they > > are more apparent, but at least after chelating for awhile, I quit, > > jerking, twitching flapping and VIBRATING! > > > > ~Inga

Yes, it's good to know you're not crazy Human vibrator - ha, ha, exactly. Good way to put it. No arm flapping for me - yet. But I did note a muscle twitching that was very different from the RLS I've had in the past. I suspect the RLS is hypo related. It can also be caused by low iron, magnesium or potassium - all of which I have. I've been supplementing & the RLS seemed to be dying away. The RLS gives me a creepy, crawly, kind of prickly feeling before the muscle jerks. This new muscle twitching just feels like plain muscle contractions. But I didn't have it yesterday, so maybe it is fading now that I've probably excreting a little bit of my recent exposure thru urine/bowels? > > IMR>>>>>>>>>Make sure you stick with ONLY Cutler's protocol. I am proff inthe positive that all he says is true and so, in regards to dosing schedules, etc.. : Yes, indeedy! I ordered about 3 months worth of DMSA from VRP in the 25mg size. It should be here in a few days. I don't know when I'll start the ALA. I know the standard is to low- dose chelate for about 3 months before starting the ALA. But we are going to Europe in mid-June for a couple of months. I don't know if I want to start up while on vacation. I may wait until I get back. Oh, I seem to recall reading that you should use the DMSA until your urine shows an 80% reduction in mercury. What is the best way to urine test for this? Should I do it during my first chelation round so I have some sort of baseline? My NP is very open to me using Andy's methods. It's not the way she's done it with DMSA in the past, but she's ok with it. Her usual way to urine test for mercury is with a DMSA large-dose challege test (which I told her I didn't want to do & she understood). I gave Andy's books to her & she read them. If there's some sort of testing I want to order, she'll do it. > > Has someone experienced this? Any suggestions on the cause & what to do? Thanks! >>>IMR>>>>>>>CHelate, kiddo....chelate. : Right-o!
