Guest guest
, I have the book but I cannot find that list you mentioned (excuse my brain-fog) and also is there a chapter about starting the chelation process? Thank you. > > > > Hi, > > I'm following Any's protocol of DMSA every 4 hrs, but the 1st 2 days > > are hellish. Guest guest
, See p. 133-134 for the basic supplements. For advice about chelation, TK's general suggestions in the files is better than the book. Most people need to start with low doses such as 12.5 mg. You can also read p. 89-90 and p. 199-204 in the book for general background. -- > > > > > > Hi, > > > I'm following Any's protocol of DMSA every 4 hrs, but the 1st 2 > days > > > are hellish. Guest guest
Thanks, I'll split it in half...I'm already on vitamin C and I'll look into the magnesium.....I had a little trouble following the book's suggestion for supplements.....hard to follow, I'll look at TK's resources again..... I'd like to just get the dosage right so I can feel like I'm accomplishing something.... > > > > > > > > Hi, > > > > I'm following Any's protocol of DMSA every 4 hrs, but the 1st 2 > > days > > > > are hellish.
