I have the book but I cannot find that list you mentioned (excuse my

brain-fog) and also is there a chapter about starting the chelation

process? Thank you.

See p. 133-134 for the basic supplements.

For advice about chelation, TK's general suggestions in the

files is better than the book. Most people need to start with

low doses such as 12.5 mg. You can also read p. 89-90 and

p. 199-204 in the book for general background.

Thanks, I'll split it in half...I'm already on vitamin C and I'll look into the

magnesium.....I

had a little trouble following the book's suggestion for supplements.....hard to

follow, I'll

look at TK's resources again.....

I'd like to just get the dosage right so I can feel like I'm accomplishing

something....
