Do you think > this is a sign of bad amalgam removal or is thai normal? > My guess is bad amalgam removal. My teeth were sore shortly after amalgam removal but that settled quite quickly. I have not had any tooth aches associated with chelation. I did get a toothache 3 mo after a dentist who didn't know what he was doing placed a composite in my mouth. It ended up as an emergency type situation because of the pain on a Sunday and I was left at the mercy of the only dentist working that day. Composites are tricky to place and if they are not placed properly the filling can fail leading to more problems. If I was you I would have them checked out by a different dentist. If the first dentist didn't protect you he wasn't doing his job properly. You also want to be sure that there is no amalgam hidden somewhere like under a crown. One needs to be extra sure that all amalgam has been removed before chelation. J > > > thanks again > > Charlie >
