No one really knows. They haven't been studied properly.

Expectations would be that less drug would be absorbed transdermally,

blood levels may be erratic ( depending on the vehicle used and other

parameters), and the probability of skin reactions great.

Andy does not recommend transdermal chelators. Oral chelators work

just fine, have a track record, and are less expensive.

TD-DMSA was a waste of our time and money. I made the switch to oral

DMSA after 15 months with TD-DMSA. Don't ask why I stuck with it for

so long if we saw little...

Oral has been awesome. I've always used oral ALA, so I cannot

comment on the transdermal.

For us, the ALA seems to be the key.
