I can feel it if I put them palm-to-palm. I'm not sure if it's the same thing, but I was having what felt like very weird internal shudders right as I was falling asleep. When I opened my eyes, I thought the outside of me hadn't moved at all, but my insides were definitely vibrating, or shuddering. It was *creepy. Once my thyroid and adrenals were partway to being supported adequately, it went away. Nell

It is actually down the whole left side of my body. Arm and leg. Not sure what is the cause of it. I'm assuming I've move some metals somewhere and hoping to move them out with the next round. It is definitely a neurological phenomenon and must come from insider the brain/spinal cord are if it affects the whole limb. I never had the before chelation, so I'm sure it is metal related. Guest guest
" internal vibration " . Yeah, I get that occasionally too. It never seems to last long but it does feel weird and scary, depending upon which bits of you it's affecting at the time. Quite often, it appears to affect my bladder. It always goes away. Hg makes lots of nervous system things malfunction and I think that the vibration is smooth muscle (normally under autonomic control and therefore never noticed) twitching because its innervation is temporarily out of whack. When skeletal muscle is twitching like this (fasciculations, cramps) magnesium usually helps. I take extra when I get the twitching and it seems to work, but your milage may vary. Herb. Guest guest
Yes, exactly. The caffeine does make it more pronounced, but it's not caused by caffeine. It's good to know someone else has experienced this (although, it's not good to know that you've had it, if you know what I mean ). It started immediately after the filling removals, so that does seem to point to a mercury cause. Today it seems to be just slightly less. I wonder if I've peed out some of the mercury I picked up on extraction day. > I have had the exact same thing start 2-3 weeks ago (caffeine does make it Much more pronounced, but that is not the cause). > It is actually down the whole left side of my body.
