140 miles for October??? Yes I think I can do that :-))

It stopped rainning ( I listened to it all night - couldn't sleep)

and I do not work with the girls this afternoon.

I do have One Month's worth of paperwork and documentation tho.

I also have a goal of 140 pounds by Christmas!

Congratulations on making it through your party. You did great! I hope you

Congratulations Dianne. I didn't do too badly today. I had a shake for

breakfast. went to a halloween lunch party and can't believe it but i made

it through. Had innards of a sub, celery with dip that was meant for

bread.

a devilled egg. and two kinds of meatballs. For dinner I had bostom

Market chicken, green beans and creamed spinach. For snack I had a

chocolate mocha crunch. I think I am getting a cold
