Guest guest
Hi, I think once you get all the factors balanced, the weight comes off. It took me about 4 years to figure it all out. I did 1-1/2 years on HC, then figured out I had an rT3 problem, then figured out my iron was way too low, then after about 4 months of iron therapy it got to where it should be, and another 6 months or so of increasing T3 only (vs Armour) to pretty high levels and balancing out.....THEN quitting the snacking and getting a little more serious about it, the weight fell off. I guess when it all finally came into balance, it just happened even though I thought it never was going to. You just have to keep following what Val says and believing it will. (I know it is hard, I've been there) I support you 100%!! So hang in there!!! ---janet > > > Hi are you experiencing weight gain on t3 only or on NTH? > > I have actually gained wieght on t3, but i have not reduced my t4 all the way. > would love to hear your feedback. thanks! > > > > > > > Weight loss etc, question for those who switched from NTH to T3? > > > > > Hello all > > I see a lot of people switch from T4 only crap after identifying RT3, but are there many here that switched from natural thyroid? I was doing well on it until Jan 2010 and have now developed an RT3 problem, so need to switch to T3 only. > > I am wondering have those that switched from NTH to T3 lost weight. My main symptoms to come back are weight and feeling the cold. > > Thanks! >
