Guest guest
Hi , would you mind sharing your protocol? I too having tingling in my feet. Thanks,S To: RT3_T3 Sent: Thu, May 6, 2010 3:09:11 AMSubject: Burning feet, the wonders of ALA, Benfotiamine and B12 Dear Val,Following your advice I have started taking the above combination to sort out my burning feet. I have also chucked in 1000µg of chromium and some milk thistle/silymarine and a good dose of the other B vitamins. I have started taking apple cider vinegar in water before each meal, because apparently this slows the release of sugar into the blood and avoids the spike after a meal. Two weeks into this protocol I feel much better and I have also lots 5 kilos (11 lbs) without much effort! (Only another 15 to go to get back to where I was two years ago). Infact I am following a high protein, low carb diet and inspite of my weight loss I never seem to stop eating.I still have residual tingling in my feet but it is so much improved I cannot believe it. It has also had a positive effect on how I am feeling overall.Thank you so much for your advice. It has made a great difference. Now tell me, how long do I have to take this stuff? A year? Forever? Or does it eventually correct what ever was going wrong at some unknown future date? Thanks for all this help, MacGilchristP.S. I can also sleep through the night now without hunger pangs, sometimes until 9 O'CLOCK in the morning!!!.

Guest guest
Hi Suzanne, Here is my protocol. 1000 µg chromium picolinate (good for blood sugar problems) 6000 mg milk thistle with appox. 100 mg silymarin (good for fixing tired and clogged up livers) 500 mg vitamin B5 (apparently good for buring feet) 3000 mg vitamin B12 (good for repairing damaged nerves) 500 mg vitamin folic acid (vitamin B9) (generally good) 600 mg Benfotiamine + 60 mg of vitamin B1 (good for blood sugar problems) 1500 mg ALA (good for blood sugar problems) 125 mg vitamin B6 (good for carpal tunnel and the foot version, tarsal tunnel) 4000 mg vitamin C (adrenal support) I spread this out over the day and take it in three separate doses. I also take 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar before each meal in water. With ACV you need to get the unfiltered, unpasteurised, organic version with as much sludge in it as possible. The sludge is called the "mother" and apparently this is the source of the great qualities of ACV. It looks disgusting but it's supposed to do the trick. I just don't look in the glass before I drink it. If you want to promote sludge growth in the bottle just live the top of the bottle in the kitchen for a day and sludge with come. Don't put it in the fridge. Taking T3 also helped alleviate the burning feet. If you want any tips on how to get some good deals, mail me off list. I live in France but a lot of the people I order from deliver all over the place. I can also give you the reference for a very good article about the use of chromium, which reviews many experiments that have been carried out, if you or anyone is interested. I have found it very useful for my blood sugar problems. I sincerely hope this helps. I have made quite a good recovery one way or another over the last two years. The problem is my brain is now back in gear I want to do things to catch up for the lost time and I'm being slowed down by these pesky feet! MacG. Guest guest
http://onibasu.com/wiki/Cutler_protocol#Conception_and_pregnancy I have been reading Cutler's protocol on chelation. He uses ALA and can mix it with DMPS or DMSA. I joined a forum on it since I have mercury and lead in my system and want to get rid of it safely. I noticed you are using ALA. From my reading ALA is used to chelate and not sure what it will do to a baby/fetus if you are stirring up heavy metals in your body. There is a safe way of using ALA and a time when not to use it. I would read up more on it. - > > Hi Suzanne, > Here is my protocol. > > 1000 µg chromium picolinate (good for blood sugar problems) > 6000 mg milk thistle with appox. 100 mg silymarin (good for fixing tired and clogged up livers) > 500 mg vitamin B5 (apparently good for buring feet) > 3000 mg vitamin B12 (good for repairing damaged nerves) > 500 mg vitamin folic acid (vitamin B9) (generally good) > 600 mg Benfotiamine + 60 mg of vitamin B1 (good for blood sugar problems) > 1500 mg ALA (good for blood sugar problems) > 125 mg vitamin B6 (good for carpal tunnel and the foot version, tarsal tunnel) > 4000 mg vitamin C (adrenal support) > > I spread this out over the day and take it in three separate doses. I also take 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar before each meal in water. With ACV you need to get the unfiltered, unpasteurised, organic version with as much sludge in it as possible. The sludge is called the " mother " and apparently this is the source of the great qualities of ACV. > > MacG. > > > > > ________________________________ > > To: RT3_T3 > Sent: Thu, 6 May, 2010 21:44:02 > Subject: Re: Burning feet, the wonders of ALA, Benfotiamine and B12 > >  > Hi , would you mind sharing your protocol?
