question on medrol/advantan and HC

Am I right that conventional wisdom is that medrol (MPD) gis

approximately 10x stronger than an equivalent dose of HC?

So if:

1/4 tsp. of 1% HC cream = 10mg HC

that would mean:

1/4 tsp. of 0.1% MPD cream = 10mg MPD?

that seems like it would be relatively hard to dose, doesn't it?

measuring out 1/10 of a quarter teaspoon?
