Well a Multi is always suspect and this si why I hate them. TOO many

things it COULD be. DIM I knwo nothign abotu and I presonally would nto

take it. When you get your cortisl levels to a proper level, the

estrogen will come down.

Because cystic acne can be caused by excess iodine, you might want to

take a look at your total intake of iodine/iodide, and perhaps try

eliminating supplements containing iodine, and/or going on a low iodine

diet for a few weeks.

I know mine has gotten worse since my adrenals crashed at the end of last

year. It FINALLY seems to be getting a bit better after being on the HC for

nearly 2 months.

My acne had actually improved since getting on Armour and HC, but,

lately, since adding prednisolone, my little skin problems have come

up again - I'm breaking out on my face, under my hair and itching

more. Also, a new one, the skin on the outsides of my thighs feels

chafed all of the time but doesn't look red or blotchy or in any way

unusual. So far I'm writing it off to becoming even more hypo since

starting the pred because I need more thyroid. Maybe it's a reaction

to the steroid itself though.

My acne had actually improved since getting on Armour and HC, but,

lately, since adding prednisolone, my little skin problems have come

up again - I'm breaking out on my face, under my hair and itching

started using something called skin saver from blue house soaps and it has

cleared my skin up for the most part. The best thing is that their prices
