Guest guest Posted February 1, 2008 Report Share Posted February 1, 2008 Val, I tried 1/2 of a 1.5 grain armour last night and I did not sleep much. Small amounts seem to help with sleep while this larger amount kept me awake. I think I am going to stick with the late day dosage of 1.5 for a while and see if I can hold it.
