Val, I tried 1/2 of a 1.5 grain armour last night and I did not sleep

much. Small amounts seem to help with sleep while this larger amount

kept me awake. I think I am going to stick with the late day dosage

of 1.5 for a while and see if I can hold it. I know I need to hold

here at 3 grains for a bit. I welcome any further suggestion.
