Guest guest
Okay...think it's okay for me to fill it in myself? It's on the lab form from my doc's office.
Guest guest
Just google for the correct code. I have done that in the past when trying to figure out what was on my sheets. Cheri -----Original Message----- I'm getting blood a test tomorrow and want to add in RT3 on the form. It asks for an ICD-9 code though. If I write in RT3 in the additional test section, do you think I need to add a code or anything else? .
Guest guest
Yes. The worst that can happen is it comes back negative and the Doc says " I didn't check that off " to which you can say... " oh, I just thought you forgot " . And if it shows an RT3 problem the doctor can't say much because you can come back with " well, see, there is a problem " .
