This I have not seen but may be true, but then most all with Hashi's would have

high RT3 and this is not true either.

This I have not seen but may be true, but then most all with Hashi's would have

is brought down. So in my case, since I've never taken or been on T4, how do I

bring my Reverse T3 down? Just by taking T3 will do this?

Yes taking enough T3 will supress your OWN production of T4.
