Anyway the more I read about heartburn the more confused I get about my diagnosis. All I know is that I have pain in the entrance of the stomach and that I feel terribly hungry the whole day even after eating something that used to fill me before. I do not suffer from any burning sensations, nor acid reflux. The pain is not terrible but I have to constantly carry food with me because the hunger is never satisfied, even if I just ate. I used to have to force myself to eat breakfast in the morning and now I have a big breakfast and I still have that feeling that it can not be hunger but it is feel like it, and I cannot stop eating. Is this heartburn, hyploglucimia or what? Val , does the hunger go away with the baking soda, or is this something else? Thanks for your help, >

If it was hypoglycaemia, wouldn't it go away when I eat? Thank you , >

Guest guest
I'm dizzy for part of every day, mostly in the AM and early afternoon. It seems to fade mostly by the end of the day. I don't get shaky though. I just get the slowly increasing gnawing feeling in my stomach that means that I have to eat again or suffer the consequences of bloat, pain, gas and more gnawing turbulence. I haven't let that go on for very long for most of the time that I've been on the HC so maybe I would get shaky if it went on long enough. Don't think that I want to test it. I've checked BS first thing in the AM four times now and it's been 89, 85 and 90 which I understand to be fine and which is indicative that I'm not on too much HC? > > Any time oyu feel dizzy but before you get shaky! Fasting is a good time > first thing in the AM, or any time in the daytime after at least 5 hours > since eating or reinking anything except water as that would be fasting > as well

Guest guest
I suspect that mine is caused by low cortisol too except that I'm on 40mgs and temps are stable and BP rises. I could probably stand to be on more. I'm going to stress dose some tomorrow b/c I increased Armour tnite. > > , > > I finally decided my dizzy spells were from low cortisol.
