I also have IC and Vulvodynia. My main symptoms with vulvar pain have always been raw irritation. What has gotten it under control the best so far has been using Estrace cream topically and also l use the antihistamine Hydroxyzine. If you'll stick around here a little while you will LEARN a lot about vulvar pain and things to try. How long have you noticed symptoms and what kind of symptoms do you have? Is it pain all the time or is it mainly with intercourse or both. Any other questions, just ask away... ~Chelle
