The general reaction when we told people we were expecting our 3rd baby was " Oh no! " " an accident then? " " you poor thing " . So what happened to the congratulations! When we were expecting the 4th we never bothered telling people, just waited for their shock reaction when it began to show. I suppose one might feel a *little* sorry for a woman pregnant immediately after giving birth and say something like " wow you're going to have your hands full aren't you! " but otherwise a pregnancy is *always* a cause for celebration. Ruthie

Guest guest
Well, I normally have one in the front passenger seat, one behind the driver and one in the very back row diagonally across from the one in the middle. I'm not saying that they *can't* hit each other, but it's jolly hard work and you can't get much ooomph behind a blow.... Alison Yours must have short arms then :-)), mine can reach each other easily for bashing. I wanted a three layered estate car too, but nobody appears to do 3 forward facing rows any more. Guest guest
Thanks Dawn, I'm very lucky - my son, wife and grandbaby Ali live only about 30 miles away, so it's an easy drive to go and visit them! I didn't get to be as much a part of Ali's life during her first few months as I would have liked to have been, because at that time I wasn't receiving ANY treatment at all for my FMS or any of my other medical problems, but now that I'm feeling better, I see her quite often. I never thought that having a grandchild would mean so much to me, but it does! I'm adopted, so until now, I've never known anyone in my entire life who had my blood running through their veins or who looked even a little bit like me other than my son - but then along came this grandbaby, and she has my eyes!! It's so wonderful to now have TWO people that I'm related to . It sounds like your mother is much like I am about the grandmother business!! LOL! A nine year old must be a challenge when you have FMS, but I know that you feel very blessed to have her. - At 07:39 PM 12/18/01 EST, you wrote: >Well congrats to you too ! Wow, my dad use to say he'd love to hitch a ride on a Zamboni for a few turns. Snicker, if he were still alive, I wouldn't be surprise if he'd say, " you know someone who drives the zamboni? Think if I flew to where ever she's at, she'd let me ride on it with her? " Thanks for a smile. Darcy
Guest guest
Em , I just read your letter. I would love to say that everything will be fine, but you and I both know you have to go through to the other side. Then fine happens. It's all about change and growth. Cry, journal and vent here (or email me personally). That's the way through. I feel your pain and have been there and done that. Heck I still do. Thankfully not as much anymore. Anyway please hang in there you are a really nice person. Sorry didn't mean to step on soap box. But you really touched me in my heart. Remember all those tears are releasing toxins in your body. So hey think of it as an inexpensive cleansing treatment. Sent with peace and love Laughingbear
