I know they will help my b12 level which effects many things, but Im wondering if they will help with adrenal support, every website says something different. Some day b6, some say take all the b's. Im confused. Someone explain the effects of b12 for me and my low cortisol issue. I have started to loose hope with this new doc of mine.
