As a matter of fact I live in NY (near Albany) and Dr. F Fabian Salinas did his Pulmonary Fellowship at Albany Medical College/Hospital. He also worked at Ellis Hospital in Sch'dy which I worked at for 30 years. I believe he is still on the pulmonary physicians list in Emory. Good luck!
