Shez,

Would you be willing to post this one recipe for the sandwich bread?

Our library does not have a copy and I hate to buy a book for one

recipe but that sort of bread is something I have been looking for.

sure, I'll type it up later tonight. I'll also include the French bread.

I've just sampled the French Bread from this recipe book. It's well worth

making. I doubled

the recipe and baked it in my Sassafras Stone baker. It had a great crust and

was nice and

chewy. Those of you who are egg free might like this as it doesn't have any

eggs. Flours

used were millet, sorghum, potato starch, cornstarch and tapioca starch.

my children don't like crusty bread so this doesn't work for them but DH and I

really enjoyed

it. Ben says that the sandwich bread was yummy. LOL
