Guest guest
Thanks for the tip. I put the book on reserve at the library. Guest guest
Shez, Would you be willing to post this one recipe for the sandwich bread? Our library does not have a copy and I hate to buy a book for one recipe but that sort of bread is something I have been looking for. Thank you! -Amy

I'll also include the French bread. I've just sampled the French Bread from this recipe book. It's well worth making. I doubled the recipe and baked it in my Sassafras Stone baker. It had a great crust and was nice and chewy. Those of you who are egg free might like this as it doesn't have any eggs. Flours used were millet, sorghum, potato starch, cornstarch and tapioca starch. my children don't like crusty bread so this doesn't work for them but DH and I really enjoyed it. Ben says that the sandwich bread was yummy. LOL Shez
