Ultimately you will need to experiment with the various GF flours and blends, and settle on one that works for your guys. Most of the recipes in there are bread machine friendly and the variety is amazing. I especially like her quinoa bread, but there are tons of great recipes. Your boys might like the (very fluffy and light) featherlight white bread.I know just what you mean about bought GF bread- I won't touch it now that I'm spoiled by homemade baked bread!
