There's the files section of this group, but you probably will want to

accumulate a few books; Bette Hagman's Gluten Free Gourmet Bakes Bread (I

think that's the title) covers bread machine techniques fairly

extensively.

Ultimately you will need to experiment with the various GF flours and

blends, and settle on one that works for your guys. Good luck!

I recommend Bette Hagman's " The Gluten Free Gourmet Bakes Bread " . Most

of the recipes in there are bread machine friendly and the variety is

amazing. I especially like her quinoa bread, but there are tons of

great recipes. Your boys might like the (very fluffy and light)

featherlight white bread.I know just what you mean about bought GF

bread- I won't touch it now that I'm spoiled by homemade baked

bread! :) Enjoy your zujirushi- that's what I have too...
