I thought I did so - Sorry!Here they are...FT4 9.7 (8 - 20 pmil/l)TSH 0.37 (0.5 - 3.6 mlE/l)FT3 6.0 (3.6 - 8.3 pmol/l)rT3 0.31 (0.14 - 0.54 nmol/l)After moving decimals we get this result:(FT3) 6000 split with (rT3) 310 equals a FT3/rT3-ratio of: 19.35What is your opinion on things, ? (And did I calculate it correctly?)Can you post the ranges with these labs?

If FT3 raises within the next 4 weeks (then it'll be 6 weeks since I went up to 2 grains of ERFA Thyroid daily) - The ratio could improve! Or I could simply add some T3 to the mix. SYMPTOMS are the most important factors though, not numbers on a piece of paper. We'll see how it goes.Shouldn't it be 19 or above 19? Or was that 20? And how important is it that it's 20+++ ? Why should it be much higher if this is the case?Yeah.. But if my receptors are stuck, wouldn't I be freezing, have lower temps (even with tonsils going on) and get other Hypo symptoms? I don't notice much brain fog at the moment. What I feel is skipped heartbeats sometimes, and a round face - Probably from HC.OK but sitl not

what oyu want, and also doesn;t show what mya sitl be in

receptors.

, just wondering....why are you taking a t4 containing meds? My ratio is 10.78, and I'm skeered outta my mind of anything with t4 in it! ;) I know Val has said that a lot of people try to do the Erfa/Armour/etc. thing, but so many come back to just the Cytomel/Cynomel eventually. Just curious. You don't have to answer if you don't wanna! OK but sitl not what oyu want, and also doesn;t show what mya sitl be in receptors.
