Guest guest
just curious, shouldnt temps be higher in the luteal phase of one's cycle? mine run around 99 degrees during this time and i feel good, not hyper at all. > > > > I´ve been 6 days on T3 only. The last 3 days I´ve been taking 3 quarters of a tablet spread out during the day (about 15 mcg). I haven´t had ANY kind of hyper symptoms at all. My temps have been going higher during these days and the last 2 days they are a bit high at 98.8. Puls is normal for me, at 80/minute. > > > > Does that mean that I shouldn´t increase the dose until the temps are a bit lower? Guest guest
Yes many women have tempos of 99 in Luteal phase I would consider this norma;l -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
I'm just into my third week on T3 and my temps have been averaging 98.6 but will go up into 99's during the days sometimes. I can only speak regarding my own situation with raising doses and I've raised my T3 when the hypo symptoms of fatigue started keeping me in bed and brain fog occured as I was unable to function. When I raise the dose my temps stay in the average 98.6ish range and my symptoms go away. I've had to raise my T3 sooner than normal 5 - 7 days as I was so hypo my energy levels were tanked out. My pulse runs 75 - 90 depending on what time of day and what I've been doing, no hyper symptoms as of yet.<<Posted by: "jes7jes" myrangs@... jes7jesSun Jun 6, 2010 2:28 pm (PDT)I´ve been 6 days on T3 only. Guest guest
That´s right, I´m in the Lutheal Phase now... So my slightly high average temps shouldn´t keep me from increasing the dose of T3 if I don´t have hyper symptoms? I was planning on increasing with one quarter tablet today. > > Yes many women have tempos of 99 in Luteal phase I would consider this > norma;l > > -- > > http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://faqhelp.webs.com/ > > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ > http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ > > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ >
