Question regarding stopping cytomel

Hi Group,I have decided to stop cytomel for a few weeks to give my adrenal glands a rest. I'm currently on 30 mcg  and I'm wondering if it is ok to stop cold turkey, or if I need to wean off of it.  Thanks for you advice.

Depends what symptoms of " too much " you are getting.

It's OK to drop T3 intake suddenly if you are on too much but you need

to taper when you are on enough.

You might be able to drop 10 or so immediately but need to taper the

rest over a couple of weeks at least
